Vision · Land, Home, & Proving Ground

The place where the rest gets built.

An off-grid home, a retreat center, and a permaculture food forest on real land — the working proving ground where every other project gets demonstrated, perfected, and shared with the people coming next.

None of this is real until it’s on the ground somewhere.

The Land Vision is exactly that: the actual piece of land where Nathaniel will build all of it — the home, the food, the energy, the production, the AI, the community — for himself first, then for the people who come to learn what it really takes to live this way. It’s the field where every other project gets pressure-tested against weather, season, soil, and life.

“The book opens the door. The land is the world the door opens onto.”

The plan unfolds in three woven layers: a home that’s actually off-grid (not just stylishly so), a retreat center that lets others come and walk through the same threshold, and a permaculture food forest that proves — in real food, real water, real soil — that abundance and stewardship aren’t in tension.

What’s inside the vision

Off-Grid Home

A home that stands on its own.

Energy, water, sewage, heating, cooling — all generated and held on the property. Not a survival bunker; a place that's beautiful to live in.

Retreat Center

Space for others to come through.

Cabins, gathering spaces, and quiet rooms so others can step through the door themselves — for a weekend, a week, or longer.

Food Forest

Permaculture that actually feeds people.

Edible perennial systems, swales, ponds, animals, and annual gardens — designed to deepen every year and feed beyond the homestead.

Workshop & Build

The shop where things get made.

Where the Production Modules concept gets prototyped, the 3D-printed home gets tested, and the day-to-day fixing happens.

AI & Office

The digital sovereignty test bed.

The first place My Sovi AI gets installed for real life. The land's own server, running its own systems, on its own internet.

Community

Visiting hours for fellow travelers.

The retreat side: structured visits, learning weeks, work-trades, and quiet residencies for the people walking the same path.

Maps, build phases, photos, and the visit schedule will be linked here once the corresponding Drive folder is populated.

Walk this one with us

Walk the land in real time.

Get updates as the land is found, purchased, and built — with photos, lessons, and invitations to come visit when the gate opens.
